First of all Keep Enable to show Hidden Folders and Files In Windows Explorer.Step 1: Watch the Full Video in your Browser. And minimize Browser.
Step 2: Open Windows Explorer and Go to the following location:
Windows XP: C:/ Documents and Settings / USERNAME / Local Settings / Temp
Windows Vista / Windows 7: C:/ Users / USERNAME / AppData / Local / Temp
Step 3: In the temp folder look for file which has the name "fla" and have Extension. ".tmp".
for example fla158.tmp or fla396.tmp.
Step 4: Now Copy this File to Your Desktop.
You will get an error while copying and pasting the fla*.tmp file. you can download a software Unlocker to release locks on the file.
Step 5:Now change the Extension of the File from ".tmp" to ".flv".
