The best way to start Regedit Windows is to press on the keyboard, type regedit and press Enter.
Remember before you make any changes, it is probably smart enough to back up the key or subkey that you are going to tinker with. When you navigate to the key you are going to change, right-click and choose "Export" from the popup menu. Choose where to store the result reg file, and you're protected.

Change delay time for Aero Peek
Windows 7 Aero Peek is the successor to end the Show Desktop button old. Just move your mouse over the icon to the right of the taskbar to switch your entire Windows invisible.
